1 安装Python 下载地址 https://www.python.org/downloads/ 2 python for eclipse插件安装 PyDev 在eclipse插件应用在在线搜索 PyDev 进行安装3 windows->preferences->PyDev->Interpreter - Python，New一个Python解释器，   填上解释器名字和路径，路径选相应的python.exe。4、General->Editors->Text Editors->Spelling，Encoding改成Other:UTF-85、General->Workspace，Text file encoding改成Other:UTF-8
